Bodywork for functional movement 

Jas is a certified Equine Myo-Manipulative Functional Therapist since 2022 and more recently completed certification through EquestriCare in Equine Sport Massage and Spectra-Vet Class 3B laser.

 Servicing the southern suburbs, Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia.

With a committed interest in equine physiology overall, but especially Idiopathic Myopathy (RER, PSSM, MFM, TYING UP etc.), a curiosity for conditions like DSLD and ECVM,  a deep love for OTTB's and brumbies and a curiosity for shifting, undiagnosed, idiopathic and guarded mystery lameness. Finding long term management solutions ( secondary to vet care / diagnosis ) with an evolving a toolbox of hands on bodywork modalities and functional movement learnings.

While Jas has a heartfelt and personal interest in these myopathies, she'd love to know and work with every equine.

My ethos is to use these bodywork methods alongside classical dressage principals, modern movement learnings, species appropriate lifestyle enrichment and a foundation of horsemanship and connection to develop postural changes, functional movement patterns and long term sound horses for performance and pleasure. No matter what your equine buddy does with his body, he deserves to move in relaxation, balance, stability, and function without tension.
